I was comfiguring it to my xbox 360 and I decided to cancel it so i pressed B and pulled it out and put it on ym computer which opened fine but after I tried to format it, it keeps giving me error messages saying "Windows cannot format F:/" I've tried formatting it on my xbox but it doesn't even try to format. After less than a second it shows, "There was a problem performing that action".

I can't find a video on YT and no troubleshooting tips also. So I hope you guys know the answer, a fix or solution will recieve alot of rep so thanks.
