I have a dlc on my xbox 360 titled Retaliation for black ops, it is 987 Mb large and is marketplace content.
Seeming as the maps packs are named First strike, Escallation, annahilation, and soon to be Resurection.

I have NO idea as to what this is and would like to know.

put it on a USB drive on your xbox, put that USB drive in your PC, extract the DLC with UsbXtaf, pack the DLC in a rar file, upload to megaupload, give link
or it didn't happen

there is no such dlc so you're probably trying to be a smartass so proof or it didn't happen

yeah one of the maps was going to be called that but the decided not to... its nothing because we all know the new one is Resurrection
