Canadian paypals don't get limited as easy, plus they have a much higher sending and withdraw limits

It needs to be verified. If its a bank account. Wait 2-3 days and call your bank. Ask to know your bank statement and they'll tell you a deposit was made. Ask them how much. Write it down. Go to PayPal>Remove Limit>Confirm Bank Account>Type in the Deposit and confirm.
