I was wondering what's the best capcard on the market under $40. I will give alittle rep for the best option. If it helps I will will be looking on EBAY.

best capture card for a low price is the dazzle dvc 100 cost about £38 dno about $ but works well check out my youtube videos and see if the quality is good enough [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

GO TO GOODWILL AND BUY A TRIPOD AND A VIDEO CAMERA FROM 1990 PROBABLY CAN GET IT FOR UNDER 40
