What does it to to ME? I can't really notice anything but I know it's bad and I need to get rid of it... any suggestions?

Well first of all, don't type in any of your passwords until it is removed.

Ok, well a keylogger remembers all of your keystrokes.
so dont type any passwords. google search hijack this.
download that run it and it will take it off.
edit: do NOT delete system 32 folder.

I'm not virus expert, but what the hell, I'll give it a go.

Try putting your PC in safe mode with no networking. Once done, try restoring your PC to a few weeks / months back. Then I would run a full system scam using Malwarebytes.

..Or re-install your O/S ;)

This would only work if it was a printscreening keylogger.
