1) Install a 12v fan mod to your console,it often cools down Xenons and Falcons.
*Google it,it's easy to find.
Note: It's very loud -.-
2) It's not exactly cooling it,but it is a temporary help against RRoD,use Thermal paste.
Here's how to do it,

Note: Not a perma-fix.
Those 2 are my top 2 suggestions, can't think of anything else at the moment.

Clean and remove dust and grease from the heat sinks,
Apply ARTIC SILVER thermal paste to CPU/GPU/RAM chips,
Installation of an EXTERNALY powered 12V fan,
Clean dust from vents every 1/2 weeks,
Keep box away from heat sources ( radiators, heaters etc...)
Place box idealy on a flat even surface,
Maximise space around the box for max airflow,
Try to keep room temps on the lower side.
if you want guidance just ask anytime

A, why quote me?
B, if you need that many fans to cool your box then you obviously have issues and might be time for you to address them.

go to fsd and turn your fan speed up,then boot fsd always before xexmenu and the fans will run at the speed you set, even if you go to xexmenu
