Hey when i go to the reidan promontory place on pt2, there only like level 50's, wny? ive seen some others at level 69 when i go on line?

Playthrough 2 and 2.5,

Once you beat the main story line all the way through you unlock playthrough 2 and when you beat it on playthrough 2 you unlock playthrough 2.5 (not a new playthrough but enemies have different names, higher levels and better drops)
