When i start my laptop i get a error screen that says "Press Ctl, alt, delete to exit" and when i press those my laptop looks like its going to start then it goes back to the error screen. When i run a start-up test it says replace hard disk 1 but i dont know what to do, is there any way i can fix this?

Sounds like a virus. Or a problem with the hard disk. Contact the makers of the laptop or call a local computer "geek" it might cost you some to fix but if you want your computer back youll need to do this. I mean it sounds pretty bad if you cant even access your computer.

Does the laptop do the same thing when you try and run it in safe mode?

run it in safety mode, then if the error screen is not there do a system reset the day before you got the error.

If that does not work send it back to the manufacturer .
