Go to google images search what you want for example Nyan cat gif and you would get the moving nyan cat copy link and save as you avatar on link to a different site and there you go.

find any .gif image and get the direct url and paste it to your avatar

look on google images for a .gif file e.G. "TheTechGame .Gif picture" and you might find one!
