I know how to download gamer pics using Modio and put them in the correct folder on my USB, but is there a way to create my own and repack them to use on my xbox?

yeah, buts its pointless as only you can see them...

gamerpics are just codes that bring back a photo from XBL Servers and add it to your profile

so you're saying that when you download a gamerpic it's just the link for your gamertag to connect the the xbox live server?

how come i've seen gamerpics of like selena gomez etc and ive even seen a modder whos gamer pic changes every few sec, copying his friends ones

I've found an extra pack on Modio.
With adriana lima.
I think it's called Nissan pack or something like this.

well for a start, Konsole Kingz did a load of sexy ones, and he isnt a hacker, its the lynx/bing gamerpack, its so glitchy it just copies everyone else, lol, happens to nearly all free promotional gamerpics
