hey guys so I have a modded xbox 1 with halo 2 mods on and I have a modded Halo 2 game disc that plays old map mods on
question is can I go on xlink Kai or any other system link with other people from around the world and play with them?

You Probably can but use XBConnect, has a lot of people playing Halo 2 and fairly easy to Join a game.
