If u mean the knife emblem that resembles the pepsi logo, u unlock it for completing knife veteran IV-250 knife kills

That is exactly how i got it. I believe you have to use tactical knife though. Thats how i did it 250 tactical knife kills once i hit 250 bada bing bada boom

You need to prestige and then get rank 5 to unlock the challenge for it.
And you do need to prestige,get rank 5,then rack up 250 kills for the MLG knife emblem.
