I was watching the inside xbox preview of the new moon map and there was the new perk down the bottom of the screen. It is of three guns. He then pulls three guns out of his inventory and the quantam device. He throws it and to me it look like its a metroshka doll kinda thing again and this proves that the new perk gives you three guns.
