Hi there guys. I'm relatively new to PC gaming, and could really use some help. My parents just told me I can go online and buy my own parts to make my own desktop, the only problem is that I don't know what parts are good for what. Like brands and such. So if anyone could help me by posting links or the names of parts you use i'd appreciate it

I'm just looking on Newegg, since that's where I have to buy either parts or the desktop from. Is this any good? [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

You will want to talk with someone with experience when you are building an computer. It takes patience, and a good budget. Message me with some sort of contact details for you and your budget. I will certainly get you the most for your money.

If you would like to correct spelling errors, it's NVIDIA.

I got you covered here. I've got the experience you need. What is your budget and what do you plan on using it for? Any specific games or software? Do you need peripherals like a monitor, mouse, speakers, keyboard, etc.? Any color scheme or case size you have in mind? Would you want water cooling if the budget allows for it?

Sorry for all the questions, but I need to know so I can show you how to get exactly what you want for the best possible price.

My budget is $1000 or less, primarily it's going to buy used for MMO's, possibly some FPS's, but also a lot of my school work both in high school and college. I only would need speakers all the others I already have and they are suitable for now. Casing isn't really an issue just whatever I can find but it has to be the size of or smaller than 16in high 18 in deep and 9 in wide, what does water cooling do specifically?
