No you can not jailbreak on 3.70 unless you have another ps3 on 3.55 lol

First: A Jtag is a exploited Xbox 360 on a 7371 Kernel or lower. You can only jailbreak a PS3.
Second: You cannot, as of yet, jailbreak on any firmware above 3.55. This is because Sony has supposedly closed the backdoor firmware entrance which allowed the console to be exploited.

you cannot jailbreak 3.70
only if you have 3.55
