Do you guys lift? If so, what weight, and how often, also, how many in one session/workout could you manage too lift, and lastly, how do you lift - benches, squatting, etc...?

When I was in hs I was benching about 380, and squatting over 500.

But since my injury I doubt that is achievable anymore.

I don't lift or do anything ;)

I cycle a lot but not competitively - I'm not a fat shit before anyone says, i'm am an average size more towards skinny.
