Nasha my mate has a pair of X41's and there is hardly a difference compared to the price gap.
I would get the X1's they do there job reliable and i think very very good for the price.

I was planning on picking up the x31's today since its Black Friday, but apparently the wireless is 2.4ghz which would interfere with my phone, internet, and live...oh well, i guess i'll get the x1s instead, not too much of a difference

I generally find that wired hardware is better (less practical though) than wireless harware. Even my xbox has an ethernet cable rather than a wireless thig, i just find it all more reliable

Good points, I only have my 360 wireless since its pretty much impossible to hook up a ethernet cable to my modem/router...trust me, i tried everything i could to save 100$ by not buying that wireless adaptor, stupid microsoft >.<

Lol, unlucky mate, at least with turtle beaches u can have the choice of the wired or wireless ones
