Well I made a new XBL account. My old account had a lot of games on demand, add ons ,themes,etc can I get them on my new account +REP for best answer.

You download them on your old account if your still on the same xbox if you changed xbox then license transfer on xbox.com

Games on demand should work, but only some addons will work, themes will work tho, Hope i helped
