Im play football for the JV high school team and Im a freshman... go figure

We work out from September through the rest of the year.

7:30- 11:30 every morning, before school, 4-6 after school

I get study hall because I also play lacrosse

I lift on average

Deadlifts - about 4 plates (45 pounds each plate), plus the bar and I do an average 10 reps, 5 sets

Box Squat - a little more, its on your shoulders, same rep and sets

Bench Press - 4 plates, the most I can max out is 360? I think

theres more excercises, workouts... Towel Press, hexbar...

I workout 5 times a week. I do a lot of upper body because I play football.
