KoDeMaN sells great jtags for a cheap price, and they all come preloaded with all the files needed for mw2 lobbies for an extra $20.

off 7s go toheir buy/sell/trade torums and go to jtag forums and there is over like 100 people that sell legit jtags. i bought an unbanned xenon with TU6 updates, xex menu, frooboot, x clamp fix, and all files from mw2 on hdd for $210 shipped off there. his AIM is nadgg106, go talk to him and he'll give you a great deal or kodeman is always good

They come separate but his harddrives are really cheap
