Not sure if this has been posted, but it looks like you have to press up on the d-pad if you want to put on your helmet.

Yes, that's what I think as well. It's on the D-Pad so I think you can just press up on the D-Pad and you will put on your space helmet.

Yeah i think someone posted a video and mentioned it in the post.
I don't understand why you would need to control it? Wouldn't it just get annoying having to keep clicking up on the D-Pad everytime you enter a certain area..

Yea but it would be equally or even more annoying to always wear your space suit. I think it affects your hearing while you're in the spacesuit as in things don't sound nearly as crisp and clear as they would without the sapcesuit. I'm assuming if you want to spend alot of time outside then you gotta put on ur helmed otherwise it's just preference.

I might be regenerate you oxygen or take off your helmet because in the video you can see them without helmets.

yeah, So far I haven't seen anything about it effecting your vision, but it probably does effect your hearing.

Hmm... And maybe you only have 5 minutes in the helemt before you have to run to an inside area and refuel...
