right click and click customize desktop. you can also click gadgets and add things like the cpu/gpu thermometer.

Right click the desktop and click "Personalize" from there you can customize the background, window colors, theme, sounds, etc.

Most of the time you get the Picture and put it on the desktop and Right-Click and then click something like Set as Background.

2. Download it or save it to a folder.
3. Open the image.

dosent work!!!!!
if you got windows 7 starter you will need a program called starter wall paper changer youtube it. i got starter and it works.
