Asking for a sticky will almost guarantee you won't get a sticky. If an admin/mod thinks it is sticky worthy then they will sticky it.

You will never get a sticky for the following reasons-

ISO Disks are illegal and against the TTG rules, and

Everyone else hosts these + there is an administrator sticky...

Also don't ask for a sticky.
