I seem to have a problem with iconomy chest shop. I am using permissions, and I configured it correctly and gave normal users the ability to buy and sell from the chest shops. For some reason normal users can't buy or sell, it says. "You have no permission to buy/sell."

The permission that I gave them is,
- ChestShop.shop.*
that means they can do everything in the shop, buy, sell, make their own. But for some reason it says they cant...

Any help?

Great post btw. Hope you get a sticky .

This could be a problem with the actual sign, if you put a semi colon instead of colon it means you can't buy/sell

Also, with permissions you should be using 's before and after each node.

Edit: I think your using the wrong node. Try - 'iConomyChestShop.shop.*'

Hope that works

I will try using it with the '.

ChestShop.shop.create - lets you create shop
ChestShop.shop.buy - lets you buy from shops
ChestShop.shop.sell - lets you sell to shops
ChestShop.mod - lets you open other people's chests, but doesn't let you create admin shops
ChestShop.admin - ChestShop.mod + ability to create admin shops, etc.
ChestShop.shop.create.itemID - lets you create shop which buys/sells itemID.
ChestShop.shop.buy.itemID - lets you buy itemID from shops
ChestShop.shop.sell.itemID - lets you sell itemID to shops

Those are the original nodes, I tried using the buy and sell one, but it kept on giving the same error. So I don't think the ' have anything to do with it :/

OH I SEE IT NOW.

I forgot to add:
ChestShop.shop.sell.itemID
ChestShop.shop.buy.itemID

damn Im an idiot, well typing this, helped me lol. Thanks!
