If i can play everything like Gears of war COD Halo fallout new vegas oblivion, Dead space 2, should i be able to play GTA 4?

my main question is if im aloud to play COD Gears of war, dead space 2, etc...
is GTA 4 much worse than those?

It's kind of worse, but not really. It's possible one of the best games I've ever played..
