our solar system is a produced of another suns end/death(the big bang theory), however this isn't the first time its happened. our solar system is at least the second to be about (in this origin of the galaxy) we know this has happened due to pockets of radiation in space. this explosion caused our planets to form from a small point. our solar system (milky way) is expanding which we have proof of also the universe is expanding. Earth was originally just a rock with an atmosphere made up of carbon dioxide and some noble gases and no life forms were around. then fungi came about (through reactions in the atmosphere etc) fungi doesn't need oxygen to grow however it an create oxygen by photosynthesis which slowly (extrememly slowly) created an atmosphere capable of other plants/animals to live in which then started the cycle of evolution which is proven by links between species of human some links have been lost though due to not being able to cope with change in conditions over time eventually leading up to humans. so thats the origin of earth and how it came about but what came before that we will never/struggle to know.
