cod elite is a website it has the stuff from black ops like combat record and things like that and much more. there are 4 major parts of cod elite career (where you check your stats ) connect (where you join clan groups etc.) compete(where you compete for real life stuff) and improve (it helps you by giving you tips and stuff like how to use the guns when to use them etc. each gives alot alot of stuff that i dont wanna type hoped i helped =D
