How can i change my avatar to a picture off e.g. google.

Save it to your computer. upload it to a photo-sharing
website. take the url

Click on your name at the top of you screen
go to "update profile"
scroll to the bottom and you should see "change avatar"
go to "update profile"

copy the image URL of by right clicking the picture

It needs to be 100 x 100, 150 x 50 pixels.
If it's any higher or smaller, it won't work.
You can get it re-sized in the graphics board, etc.
Here's a simple website for some avatars which fit on this site, be sure the avatars you pick are ending the .png, etc.

1) Save To Your Computer.
2) Upload To a Photo Hoster (Photobucket, ImageShack, ETC)
3) Click The Image Once Downloaded To a Site .
4) Copy The URL, Then Paste It Were Is Says (URL Offline Avatar, On Your Profile Settings Under Avatar .
