1. be in party chat with a friend
2. open your friends so your green thing is on your friends name
3. tell your friend to click on cage match
4. when the message under your friend name changes to "in pre game lobby" click on him/her
5. join session in progress
6. you should be in a game with your friend

this works 95% of the time with me

let me know if this does or doesnt work
