i really want to try it but i am scared because i saw insidious and also i know that most reports of alien abduction are actually people in sleep paralasis. people are in sleep paralisis and then they think they see aliens come into their room and then they think they paralize them because they cant move. We all know aliens aren't real, no alien will abduct you in sleep paralysis, you'll be fine. You go into sleep paralysis every night anyway.

i know that in reality but the stories that i have heard about people entering sleep paralisis are very unnerving. can you control the things that you see in sleep paralasis like in the dream? like if you see things can you just imagine them not there and they will disapear?

I used to do this all the time when I was little and never knew it was different from regular dreaming.

Oh my god! I finally did it! But I forget most of it.

I remember some. I was in a building. I realized I was Lucid Dreaming and I even said it - I'm lucid dreaming.

then I walked around the building. Thats all that happened! D:

But i feel like i am getting closer to getting this to work!
