I came up with this brilliant idea. While playing Call of Duty (or any shooter your choice) you do 2 push ups (or any number whatever you want)when you die. during the killcam. it helped me... hope this helps you. you can do this with other games too. be creative, set goals for yourself.

In Halo respawn time is about 5 seconds or more when playing different Gametypes so that means you could get more Muscle right?

yeah you can multiply your deaths by 2 at the end of the game and do it when you're waiting in the lobby.I prefer doing 2 pushups during the killcam.

i use too do this is mw2 but @ end of game for each amount of deaths i had

i usually do it like this: every death i get i do 2 pushups at the end of the game while in a pregame lobby. did this with a bunch of friends for a laugh at first a few monts ago

yeah but I prefer doing 2 for every death. the more you die, the more push ups... but yeah you can do whatever you want
