Step 1


You need to Prepare yourself for Microsoft. So what you do is make a list of every item that you want your Microsoft points back for on your download history After that we will call Microsoft I have provided the numbers in tutorial above
when calling Microsoft press 2 for the first option for Xbox Live then press 1 for the next option for Troubleshooting. Note: You will need all your information for your account that means REAL INFO.

OK, So when you get a Representative on the line you know they will do the usual and say hello my name is blah blah from Xbox Live Tech support how may I assist you.So then you tell them that you've recently have bought a new hard drive because your old one was total and the old one wasn't loading all your memory to your Xbox and finally one day the hard drive finally stop working so you went to buy a new hard drive for your Xbox and then when you went back to your download history and tried to re-download your items that you've purchased but some that you've came across said that you had to re-buy them again instead of telling you to download again.. So now that you told them that's where your list comes in oh yea and when you make your list make sure you know how much each cost so you won't look dumb when they ask well have much does it cost I'll give you fable 3 is 39.99 so say that its telling you to buy it for 39.99 and 39.99 in msp is 3200msp and if its a DLC add-on then tell them how much msp it is like BO:Annihilation - 1200msp so tell them 1200msp.

Troubleshooting:OK, Now that you have told them whats going on they will take you through some troubleshooting steps act like your doing them but don't do them and if they tell you to shut your Xbox down shut your Xbox down and then when you turn it back on put the phone next your TV or stereo and let them hear your Xbox turn on so they can know that your doing their troubleshooting steps OK, after you;v done those troubleshooting steps keep telling them that it didn't work. so after that they can do two things they can talk to their supervisor or escalate your call OK so if they talk to their supervisor they will most likely say give him a refund and have him re-buy the content over and their going to stay on the phone with you while they do it or they will give you a call back to make sure you did it and if the agent decides to give you your points back skip to step 5 if not go to step 4 if they escalated you.

OK so the agent escalated you I know your pissed of I'm sorry but this is a step that most of you might go through but you still get your points back just not that day OK when they escalate you.. you might have to wait up to three days I know I been through it and I got my points back but its worth it and they might escalate you again but you'll get your points back ok when they escalate you they just send it up to a higher tech support and they deal with it and then they will call you back with probably other trouble shooting steps tell them none of them work so they have no other choice but to give you your MSP back and have you Re-Buy the Content you've bought already so now its time to go to step 5 Yes we're almost done

Getting Your Microsoft Points Back:OK, The final step getting your MSP back so Microsoft has decided to give your points back for the items on your list make sure you tell them and Note: make sure you keep track of how much Microsoft points you have before they refund you because this will back fire end the end this is ***IMPORTANT*** OK when their refunding you they will refund you one item at a time and have you re-buy it act like you've bought it and say you bought it and keep doing this until the agent is done giving you your refund. OK now this might be tricky but the agent might go look at your Microsoft Points Activity and then the agent will see that there is a lot of msp on your account and he might ask you to look at yours and ask you how much is there and then say the amount you had before the agent started even adding The Microsoft Points Refund that's what i told you to remember earlier or it will back fire so when you say the amount you had before the agent started refunding he will probably say oh and then say its his or her system and it hasn't update yet. so after that your done he will say thank you for calling blah blah blah blah and then you hang up a when your done and that's it the new tutorial.
