Well let me just say if you have the 12/31/9999 ban yes obviously you are not going to be able to use it and there is NO such bypass/glitch to get them working, unless microsoft experiences a glitch and all banned accounts are unbanned, but that rarely happens and i think it happened with banned accounts or consoles but i cant remember which.

Secondly, all the kids saying 'lets make a petition'...like WTF!?!?! The terms and conditions you AGREE to clearly state that you are not authorized to modify game play and things like that. That is the contract between you and microsoft if you break the 'rules' then you have broken the terms and microsoft can issue with any length ban which is LEGAL.

Thirdly, you are all saying that they should patch cod4, mw2 etc. guess what? Im sure i read about it on the news that they are patching the games and i have seen some retards saying microsoft declined infinity ward to fix their OWN game, obviously they can.
