No, that is something else. See, the game can only hold 4 players right? In the photo we can easily see 3 player s, so the cameraman at the back of them makes it 4, he has noclip and no HUD. So that 'Zombie' is something else, maybe a scientist?

I thought it looked like the cosmic silverback, and that guy is right ^. the game can only hold four people, one being the camera man.

waaaay to skinny to be the cosmic silverback. it's def Richtofen, if anything but a zombie in a space suit.

Stop at 1:21 you can see all four character, thus meaning the camera is not from a player, and that is obviously another player in a space suit.
