Hey guys! My account recently got banned -_-, and I played the
Beta on that account so I made a new account, will I still get all the unlockables that I unlocked on my old account, on my
New account?

No, same thing happened to me :/ Its GT Only, and console side, however you might be able to do that little recovery glitch and then take the Gears3 Save and put in the I.Ds of your new account. Not sure, though.
