Everytime I try to dowload something it gives me error code, Also if I open up stuff like iTunes and Skype it also gives me error code.

Help?!

that happened to me on my old laptop
i formatted my laptop and it worked again

thats the best way to format it but u can still format it without the disc
u have to turn off ur pc then switch it back on and press F8 and a recovery menu should come up and if it doesnt try press f10 then its pretty simple from there when u press to format it
