Alright guys I'm looking into a Netbook laptop, I'm sorta tight on cash so I just need some portable access to TTG/Web browsing etc...
Alright, few questions
- I'm looking into botting RuneScape accounts, to sell, for money - of course not on ttg, and i won't promote the sales on ttg, and any further questions asked shall be ignored, but what i wanted to ask in shorter terms - could it run runescape without major FPS lag? low settings of course? i don't really play it, but as i said i'm looking for a bit of a small project
- Are netbooks good?
- Do you own one? If so, what do you think of it?
- Would you recommend them?
- Any UK/PCworld links with reasonable prices for decent laptops?
thanks!

I don't have a set price range bro - nothing too extreme though of course
But seriously you'd be surprised with RS, even this 400 pounds laptop of my cousin's which i'm using now (as i'm not at home) encounters some FPS lag with it

I was looking at getting a netbook for college,
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] is what I was looking at getting. It has a reasonably fast processor for a netbook and has 3G. The only thing really stopping me is the price.
The other one I was looking at is [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , it has the same processor and a much larger hard drive and is a fair bit cheaper.
But I am not sure how they would run runsecape though.

- ''Good''? They are meant for basic web-browsing. So yes, I guess they are good at that.
- Brother owns one. 1.6 GHZ CPU with 1GB ram. Only good thing about it is it has a really long battery life. Never tried playing games on it, doubt it would do any good.
- Meh.
- No clue.

^Those two are the same, just different colours.

^This has room for more RAM so it could be upgraded.

^Meh
There all Dual core, with DDR3 RAM. No netbook has great graphics, but they should be fine for RS. Take your pick really.
They all have integrated graphics so the graphics wont be good as the processor is not good. Samsung is best spec, however HP has better graphics and room for more RAM.
