I have a flashing cursor on my screen on bootup. And nothing happends. What can i do?

re-install windows cause that happened to me and that's what i did. Or you can just restart your computer and just keep turning it on and off.

Well i can only boot linux from the disk. I dont have an extra copy of windows 7

I did have a dual boot , now im running on linux mint, but i will put windows back on .

It might be trying to use one of your devices that you have hooked up through USB. Disconnect everything from your USB ports and try that.
