Now whats the button to separate them?

LEFT ON THE D-PAD.

Also if you watch the video every time the player shoots the PaP Wave Gun, it take ammo from the Left D-PAD

not necessarily,maybe for instance holding X for 3 seconds activates the pull apart(didnt know how to word it lol)

Its actually the other way around. You get the weapon dual wielded and then press left to put it together which then uses the ammo from the left dpad slot thing. You can see that number and the ammo number with the gun together going down at the same time before he splits them apart.
