As said above, thoughout the whole gameplay video, there are only three players. This "player" is a new boss because you can see him explode shortly after the pic you have there. Also, I believe that he acts like the pentagon theif because seen earlier in the video, he steals your three gun perk and your spas 12 (his third gun).

The people in the video are game reviewers and commentators. They were reviewing the gameplay that they received and they know as much as you and I.
