I was in a CL and then the PS3 Froze and i couldn't sign back in with the Proxy on but when I turned the proxys off it let me sign in when I was still blocking the patches. Please help. +rep to whoever does. Error code at test connection screen: 80028EA6

you arent supposed to test the connection, redo everything, stop blocking, disable proxy server, no open patch blocker *dont start blocking yet* take the ip and port and put it in the proxy settings on ps3, press ok for anything else, when u get to test connection, just press cirlce, then press start blocking, and u should be able to sign in and join modded lobbys

Try a proxy server instead.
