how can he say they will give out suspensions, for an in-game glitch, the end user will do what the game allows them to do i dont understand it, its not like these users have modded if the game allows them to be a running bomb with a Javelin, then patch it

Someone should sue MS for this after they get suspended. Technically its a glitch they failed to prevent. Its not like some uber hiding spot or something this is a glitch that is there fault and they have no right to ban you.

Yep. If I get suspended from Microsoft for using this glitch I will be trying to sue and I will will just ring microsoft up aswell to get my live re-instated.

@Machkovech Using a glitch in a game to get an advantage is explicitly called out in the ToU. It's not like people are doing it by accident.

I decided to ask my mom about this... don't ask why, but best bet are is that you could win with the right judge because of this reason:


Activision/IW knows about the glitch, but hasn't fixed it. They know about it, but because of there faults you could win. Someone should actually sue for this. Here is another good idea. Start up an email/blog type thing and just keep sending it out then people will realize that MS is cruel causing Ms to stop there non sense.

For those asking, it's not new that we issue suspensions for cheating/glitching, and we do it for more then just MW2. :>

IW fails. This is a glitch found. Well it is IW's fault. 1: People might not have any PC and never see the twitter update (But really they would have to have one.) and if IW bans them they will be like WTF. Kind of stupid. We have to wait for you to patch it or we get banned for using it. When it is fun to do and really FUN TO DO!
