hey guys im sorry im posting to much but i need to find out how to make the screen smaller i have full screen and its annoying please tell him if you know how to do it.. willing to reb

You open MW2 in notepad, and search for "fullscreen", when you find it, it should say fullscreen "1", there should be 2, change those to fullscreen"0", and then get back on MW2 and change your screen resolution. Hope this helped.

Like one guy said alt - enter but if that does not work, in mw2 click ~ witch opens consle and type fullscreen 0 , if effects dont happen then type vid_restart.
