Install an extra plugin called permissions plus. It is needed to change groups in game ;)

Then do the command /user -setgroup u:username s:group

tryed that now it says Admin does not have a rank defined then it says internal error at bottom

You need to add a extra line under info that says rank and then the rank number, but it should still change if you don't define one.

And the lowest rank (1) is the lowest group (Guest) so admin or owner would be the highest rank, or the highest number

For example

Okay its in permissions so plugins>permissions>world>groups.yml

And if you find the info text with prefix and suffix then just copy the rank. This is not your rank this is fixing the problem.

So guest would be 1 and admin would be the highest for example 10

still doesnt work.. It still says an internal error has occured also this is what it says when i try in console

Thats the old version of permissions plus, there is a v3.2. Use that.
