I double many (if any) will get suspended. Its a glitch thats in game not a mod. A guess people will just have to go back to toobing after its patched, oh well.

Agreed. The title update might be in like a month or 2 weeks. We can't wait that long to patch a glitch! Let's go use the glitch now! Except for me. I have no XBL.

I think the jav glitch is nothing compared to any other elevator or wall breach. You can still die, you for sure die. You get no killstreaks (unless you knife) and you could do almost the same thing with a noob tube... Not sure why they are so hot about this jav glitch all the sudden. I guess its because the noobiest of the noobs can use it, so now 4-5 people every game are using it.

MS is just a bunch of A-holes who can go die in a hole. 8) they can go F**K themselves. really why would they suspend/ban people for a glitch. that just down right unamerican. im ashamed of them. they make money from xbox live why would they do stupid stuff like this.

Yet another thing you could use in your defense if you decide to sue them. They haven't done a single thing to the LE2 kids and their 24/7 boosting.. They haven't done anything about the Spec-Ops modding.. They just want an easy excuse to ban people so Microsoft can make more money..
In the end you have all right to use it. It's something that was put into the game and technically here's the kicker:

How are you supposed to know it's a glitch? Suicide bombers are an everything day in Iraq and isn't this game supposed to be Uber-Realistic?

So I honestly WANT to get banned for this just so I can give Microsoft/IW hell for it. I agree.. I do like Treyarch better in the manner that they had better community management.
