first way is
way number 2
plz thank and rep if helped
1.open up notepad
2.type in ping -t -l 6000
3.google/proxy list/ip adress
4.get the high-anomymous proxy
5.get only the code something like this(114.245.798.64)copy it.NOT the 8080 at the end!
6.paste it on the note pad
7.save as/lag switch2.bat
8.save to desk top
9.your allowed to rename it there
10.go on xbox/ps3/wii.and depending on how much you want them to lag open up about 10 for high.

3)set to 27.27.27.27
