ive seen people that have benn banned with modded gts

It's up to you what you do though, and I think rare to get banned, normally you just get suspended for a day to a week.

I have had it as The Pro and fourzerotwo and no bans or warning so far =)

Rarely play MW2 though it got boring.

I doubt they will ever try to patch it again, I think they did once and then we found a new way.

When I mod mine I just do it to my TTg username in blue. Surely theres nothing wrong with that..
