This tutorial can be found on HF, i can assure you that i made this and i have the same username in HF.

Warning, i don't advise anyone to try this and if you do make sure you protect yourself with a proxy!

What were going to be using is a Firefox add on called Tamper Data. You can download Tamper Data [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Tutorial
1. Pick your targeted website! I'm going to be using [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] as an example
2. Pick your item! I'm going to be using "Xbox Live US 4000 Microsoft Points" which cost's $49.99
3. Press buy now and do the usual (Shipping,address,name,etc)DONT click confirm order yet!
4.Open up tamper data, located at tools > tamper data and click start tampering
5.Click confirm order
6.Tamper data should keep informing you of multiple pages to tamper with keep pressing submit till you find one like this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
7.Change the amount value to 0.01 and click OK
8.Congrats the price of the item should show up on paypal as $0.01 and you should be able to purchase the item for $0.01, if the owners of the website notice they will refund you the money

Technically your paying $0.01 for a item, the sellers might not notice that you payed $0.01 and send you the item or if it's automated system then the system might be programed to check the prices and if it's not then you can get the items for $0.01. You might also use this to get a generous discount without drawing to much attention to the change in the price.

Yeah if anything you will get a refund. You can try some social engineering on the live support to get it approved, it's better then waiting for the owner to check his paypal.

Yes you can but if it's a virtual item then you will get a refund or a paypal dispute. Physical items you will get raped by the law unless you play it smart and use a drop house or P.O Box. (Make sure nothing traces back to you)
