1. Cant use Cop Vehicles
2.Dont have to obey law
3.If caught and sent to prison u must stay there for 30min (Game time)(Cell Phone)
4. You can carry weapons
Cops
1.May only use cop vehicles.
2.Cant pull people over for no reason
3.Can only kill someone if they dont obey law or run.
