Yeah I lift but Im 14 so can't lift more than body weight so I don't mess
With growth plate.

I Lift Every Other Day.... Whether It's Just curling dumbbells or lifting actual weight.
My Max On Bench Is A Plate So Yeah I Dont Bench Very Much.

I lift everyday
Bench- 235 *Depending on how i feel ill go higher for less reps*
Squat- 275 *Ill go lower sometimes when i get shin split sores but hardly ever get them *
Clean- 215 *Normal weight but gets hard to do after 25*
Dead Lift- 375-400 *Again if i have Shin Slits ill go to 375*
Running- About 2-3 miles its my coaches decision for the team
My workouts are for about 1 hour 30 mins - 2 hours
Then i have football practice after
We are defending state champions for 5 years and about to be 6 years

I have to wait till january at my new school to lift cuz im a freshmen but I was benching 160 at my old scho last year

actually sir im going to the university of michigan and im a 3rd string and i dont care what some no life little 14 year old on TTG thinks...and yeah you practice everyday but most of the time its only the starting and 2nd string squads. Until im a sophmore im redshirted cause of 2 upperclassmen so the only mandatory practices i have are conditoning and weights.

I work out four times a week.
I lift 2 days, and do cardio or take a jog the other 2 days.
Goin off to college soon. Hopefully i can avoid the freshman 15!
